Where are you located?
Life at Lean is based in the UK. However with fulfilment centres across the world shipping costs, times and the environmental impact is reduced as much as possible.
Can you do other vehicles?
Sure! Just reach out to us using the contact form and we can discuss exactly what you would like and what's possible.
How long does it take from start to finish?
Typically it takes 5-7 business days for us to turn your motorcycle into a graphic design. This can take a bit longer depending on how many revisions are requested.
Once the artwork is approved it takes 1-2 weeks for us to print your design onto your merchandise and ship it directly to you.
(These times could be longer during holiday periods)
Artwork Questions
Is my image good enough?
Our artists can work with a lot of different images, however there are still some conditions we advise to get the best results. Click here to see a quick breakdown of what we need ideally.
Do I get to see a proof of my artwork first?
Of course! We'll email you to show you what we've come up with and you can let us know if there's any tweaks you'd like us to make. We'll seek your approval before we print anything.
Can I just get a digital file of my bike?
Yep! We can do digital files only and email them to you. Click here to see that option.
Can I do multiple bikes at once?
Yep! Simply add an image of your bike onto separate orders and add them to your cart. If there's any specific notes you wish to add for each order you can do so on the product page.
What if I don't like the design?
No problem! We offer unlimited revisions so we'll keep working with you until you're happy and things are just right.
What if I don't have a photo?
If you don't have a good photo of your bike but you still want to order, simply do a Google search and find an image you'd like to turn into a graphic design and download it.
We can make small tweaks to the bike and its colours if needed to make it more personal. However, just make sure you like the angle of the photo you pick because our artists will trace what you provide.
Merchandise Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! Simply pick the item(s) you want, submit your order and we'll do the rest!
What if the sizes don't fit?
Unfortunately due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for sizing issues. However, each product has a size chart on the website so you can confirm which size is best for you!
For best results we advise that you measure an item of clothing you already have and like the fit of so that you can be sure it's something close to what you need.
Can I order for someone else? (Or them order for me?)
Yep. As long as they have a photo that they know you like then they can simply submit an order in just the same way.
Can I send you my own merchandise to print on?
Unfortunately due to the remote printing nature of Life at Lean merchandise we can only offer the exact items on the store. If there's something specific you would like then reach out to us using the contact form and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping & Returns Questions
What is your returns policy?
Due to the custom nature of the products we produce at Life at Lean, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom products are designed with care and are personal to you and your motorcycle.
If you're unhappy with your artwork, we do offer unlimited revisions of your file.
Also, if you have any damaged products upon arrival we replace them 100% for free.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide! Shipping rates will vary, however with fulfillment centres in 11 countries costs and delivery times are kept as low as possible.
Can I get expedited processing/shipping?
Unfortunately due to the custom nature of our products we cannot offer expedited processing and shipping.
We want to be sure that each item is produced with care, and expediting that process can cause quality issues. That being said, some items will ship quicker than others, so it's not uncommon for some items to arrive within a few days of ordering.
