Personalised Products
Due to the custom nature of some of our products, we cannot offer any refunds on our custom merchandise unless it is damaged or defective.
Artwork Changes and Refunds
Although we cannot offer returns of your digital artwork, we do offer unlimited revisions so we can get the artwork exactly right.
The vast majority of revision requests are handled by our team within 3-5 days, however some requests fall outside of the scope of the original artwork order. All of our artwork is drawn by hand, and typically takes 3-4 hours per design so the edit requests listed below can be done, but at an additional cost. Reach out to our team at shop@lifeatlean.com if you would like to add one of these items on to your order.

- Change the image used in the illustration
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item you receive is defective or damaged, simply contact us at shop@lifeatlean.com and include an image showing the issue. We will fix 100% of defective or damaged items if you reach out to us under 30 days from the date of receiving these items.
Exchanges
Again, due to the custom nature of the products we cannot offer exchanges of your items. In rare cases we can offer store credit for some merchandise items.
Non-Personalised Products
For non-custom items you may find it necessary to return them to us in the unlikely event that the goods are damaged, you received something in error or if you’ve simply changed your mind. Please return any items for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.
The returned item(s) must be in a re-saleable condition and include the original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse your refund/exchange if the returned item(s):
- Show signs of unreasonable wear
- Are deemed to have been laundered
- Are not returned in their packaging and/or tags removed
In the event we refuse your return, we will contact you and send the item(s) to the original shipping address.
How do I return a non-custom item?
Simply email the team at shop@lifeatlean.com with your order number and email address requesting a return. Depending on the reason for your return, you will be sent a return shipping label once you have submitted your return request.
The cost of a return request for UK orders is £2.00, or £3.00 for international orders. This will be deducted from your refund.
We also offer Eco returns, where we suggest you might keep the item and give it to a friend or family member, and we will give you up to 20% of the value of the item in store credit towards your next purchase.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
