Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
General Shipping Policy
Order processing time
Due to the custom nature of most of our products, order processing can take up to 7 days (sometimes longer around holidays). We do our best to process orders quickly, but during peak times the time it takes to print, package and ship an order can increase. As soon as an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Please note: We use multiple printers for different types of products to ensure the highest quality. Therefore your order may ship in multiple packages. Do not worry if you receive a package with only part of your order, the rest will be on its way soon.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If the item has shipped but tracking has not been updated please attempt to contact the carrier for additional information before contacting Life at Lean.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Custom Captain is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item you receive is defective or damaged, simply contact us at shop@lifeatlean.com and include an image showing the issue. We will fix 100% of defective or damaged items if you reach out to us under 30 days from the date of receiving these items.
UK & World Wide Shipping
While Life at Lean is based in the UK, with fulfilment centres in 12 countries across Europe, North America and Australasia, we can offer affordable and timely shipping to most customers.
Standard shipping will be calculated at checkout and your delivery time will be between 4-8 working days from the time of dispatch customers in those locations.
Shipping times and rates will vary depending on the item purchased and your country of origin.
